Porter Snyder, CHS 10th Grader, recently won the 2023-24 Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative scholarship. He receives an all expense paid trip to Washington D.C. plus $500. He goes to D.C. in June with a group called the Iowa Youth Tour. To win this honor, Porter had to write an essay and do an in-person interview.
The little kids Tiger Baseball Camp will now be held at Adam’s Elementary school due to the forecasted cold weather on Saturday, April 20th with the same time 10:00 am to noon.
