Carroll High School partnered with the City of Carroll to create a new Lifeguarding course this semester. These six students take the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and Certification during school hours for two class periods. Students are either doing required classroom instruction or down at the Rec Center to practice lifesaving skills. This new course is allowing our students to gain valuable skills and a job!

Carroll performers advanced 22 performances at the Individual Events Speech District Contest held Saturday, February 25 at Kuemper Catholic High School. Those 22 performances will compete at the State Individual Events Contest held on March 11 at Ft. Dodge High School.

The boys basketball game vs Bishop Heelan is on. The decision to cancel school today was based on the condition of our county/gravel roads. Heelen had school today and we have consulted with other schools in our part of the state who canceled school and still are having games.
