• Fill out the page with contact information and click Begin Registration

• On the next page, you will be given a confirmation number, write this number down and click Confirm

• You will receive an email at the email address you listed that comes from portal@carrolltigers.org.  This will give you a list of information to gather and the link to click on to continue with registration and complete.

Families that think they may qualify for free/reduced fees should contact Sara Anderson at sanderson@carrolltigers.org or (712)775 – 5012 for the Free/Reduced Application paperwork – typically available after July 1st. 

After your registration is complete, you will be sent your Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and password for the parent portal account – a website parents can access to view grades, schedules, and pay fees/lunch money

Provide updated State Health Requirements to the school nurse.

Provide a copy of birth certificate and proof of residency to the attendance center.

Log in to your Parent Portal

Select Fees on the left hand side, pay all outstanding fees before school starts. You can pay online by echeck or credit card

Put money into your student’s lunch account - the federal government has not extended the free meal program for the 2022-2023 school year. Meal prices are found here.

You can also pay fees and lunch money by cash or check by sending this form to: CCSD District Office, 1026 N Adams, Carroll, IA 51401

You are done with registration

Once registration is complete, the school office will contact you to schedule a time to meet with:

• Principal

• Get a building tour so you are familiar with the environment.

• Guidance Department (High School Students)

• Other Staff (as needed)

• Review the school supply list as needed:

  • High School | Middle School | Adams Elementary| Fairview Elementary

Families who may not have access to a computer/internet connection are encouraged to schedule an appointment to work from our kiosk station.  To reserve the kiosk station, please contact Jen Dentlinger, Transportation & Student Information Specialist, jdentlinger@carrolltigers.org, 712-792-8050.
